Pick the winning team
The simplest market — choose which team will win the match before it starts. Two outcomes in T20 and ODI (no draw), three in Test.
Bet on the toss winner
A bet on which team wins the toss. Both outcomes have equal probability, so the odds are usually roughly even.
Highest run-scorer
A bet on which player will score the most runs in the full match or a single innings. Any player from one team's batting lineup can be selected.
Run total threshold for an innings
A bet on whether the total runs scored will be above (over) or below (under) a set number (for example: 160).
Multiple bets combined
Multiple matches or markets are combined into a single bet. If all selections are correct you receive a return at the combined odds, but one wrong selection means the entire bet is lost.
Handicap market

How to Read Odds — Three Formats

Worked Example 2 — Favourite Team Odds
Team B (favourite) to win — decimal 1.25, fractional 1/4, American -400. American minus odds mean — you need to bet ৳400 to make ৳100 profit. A ৳500 bet returns ৳625 in total if Team B wins (৳125 profit). The favourite offers smaller returns but is considered more likely to win.
Odds only give an indication — they do not guarantee a win. Betting is for entertainment, not income.
Live In-Play Betting — Odds Shift with Wickets and Overs
In-play or live betting means placing bets while the match is in progress. It is more dynamic in T20 than in Test or ODI, because the situation can change after every over.
Say Team A needs to chase 180 runs in 20 overs. If 2 wickets fall in the first 5 overs with only 28 runs scored, Team A's odds of winning will lengthen and Team B's odds will shorten. If quick runs come again in the next few overs, the odds will shift once more.
There is very little time to decide in live betting. If three wickets fall in one over, the bookmaker may suspend the market briefly — this is normal.
In Test matches pitch conditions change over five days, and if spinners gain extra assistance on the third or fourth day the odds will reflect that. In in-play betting it is important to follow the scorecard and the state of play closely.
What happens when a wicket falls?
When the batting team's best batsman is dismissed, their odds of winning lengthen immediately — meaning they are considered to have fallen behind at that moment.
What changes in the final over?
If the batting team needs 15 runs off the last over with 2 wickets in hand, the odds can swing very sharply — changing on every ball.
Market Suspension
Immediately after a major event (wicket, six, run-out) the market is paused briefly to allow odds to update. This happens on all betting platforms.
